The Project manager (Pro)

Plan your logging tasks as "Projects"
We have found that, more often than not, the same logging procedure has to be repeated many, many times. A "Project" is our method of "packaging" all relevant settings and parameters so that a task can be repeated by a single click.

A "Project" will not only hold logger settings but also all evaluation and "presentational" settings like axes' scaling, colours, formulae and automatic filing information.

Combine real-time recordings
Combine several projects into the same document. Of course the data sources will have to be different: COM1, COM2, OPC1 etc.

Data from any one source may be combined with data from any other source, f. ex. a PC-Logger and OPC data. Create a "Group" of projects if you have a "repetitive task".

Automate your recordings
When a project has been defined in the manager it can be invoked (start/stop/up-load) either via the Project Manager or via the project file. Project files are associated with and will start EasyView when double-clicked.

This opens up a handy method of simplifying the operator task by having just three icons on the "Desktop": one to Start recording, the second to Stop and the third to Off-load data.

A short-cut to a Project in Autostart will automatically restart an on-line recording after a power failure.
