By right-clicking in the chart window and select “Properties”and then "Presentation" you will get the opportunity to change the appearance of the graphs. You can choose colour, how the line shall be drawn and if measurement points should be marked with a symbol. There is also an option to select how many decimals to be displayed.

The colour of the graph can also be changed by double-clicking the colour column in the data table for the desired channel.
