The firmware that controls the PC-Logger 3100 is stored in the logger RAM.
If the controller program is missing you'll receive a error message that says "BOOT PROGRAM". The most common reason for this message is that the internal back-up battery has run flat or that the logger has been exposed to ground current.
The different firmwares are included in the Easy View installation. These files are stored in the EastView application folder and are called load modules. How to boot your logger with the appropriate load module is shown in the video below.
